All prices on this website are in AUD.
 

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue prices and/or products without notice at any time.

SHIPPING POLICY

All BetterBeeEco orders are packaged and dispatched within 1- 3 business days.

Orders are shipped via Sendle or Australia Post when needed.

You will receive a tracking number via email with all the details regarding your delivery.
 

  • Shipping within Australia only. With a flat rate of $5.95

  • Free shipping for all orders over $120.00


We work hard to ensure your parcel is packaged and sent on its way to you, however we cannot be held liable for any damages or missing in transit parcels.  If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact us via email hello@betterbeeeco.com.au

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since we shipped your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, as subject to Australian Consumer Law. 

Refund requests must be made directly to hello@betterbeeeco.com.au.


We accept returns on all products because customer satisfaction is important to us, BetterBeeEco will refund the amount paid for the product at the time the product is returned by you and received by us. Please note that we do not refund the delivery charges. and BetterBeeEco is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to us.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately via email and we will work with you to address the issue. We do not refund for the natural wear and tear of a product or for damage caused post receipt. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@betterbeeeco.com.au

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
